The interview process consisted of three stages:
Phone Screen: The first interview was a phone screen with the Director of Talent Acquisition, covering my background, experience, and general fit for the role.
Virtual Interview: The second interview was a virtual meeting with the hiring manager, where we discussed the role in more depth, team dynamics, and expectations.
On-Site Interview: The final stage was an on-site interview with the hiring manager, team members, and the Chief People Officer. This step provided an opportunity to meet the team, gain insight into the company culture, and discuss how my skills aligned with their needs.
