I first received an email to complete a "virtual" interview, which had the basic interview questions, it was very simple! Then, I got another email, very quickly, to set up a in person interview, which was pretty tough but at the same time comforting! Lots of questions were asked and they weren't your typical interview questions, but much deeper thought questions. Three workers would come into the room with you and all of them would ask you a couple of questions. They were very friendly and I did not feel interrogated at all! I felt like I was already part of the team.
