Interviewed with the hiring manager and 1 from their team. The interview was straightforward. The only disappointing thing about it was being ghosted. Sent 2 follow-up emails yet did not hear anything back.

Structured panel interview. Scored and meticulous. Focused on specifics of job as well as general values. Two hours post initial interview. Panel wants to compare apples to apples with other candidates so we’ll go through each question line by line. Each panel member will ask a different question. Three person panel post one person interview. Then goes into salary. Negotiation after offer is received.
