I applied on Hays website and the recruiter reached out to me via email to ask a few questions. Did not hear anything until a month later where they booked me in for an interview. They gave me an outdated JD and the role was not very clear at all. The interview itself was great, really lovely interviewers and non direct questions. I received an email response from Hays a few days later saying I was unsuccessful. No feedback.
