Very relaxed and welcoming. It felt like more of a chat than an intense interview. I was interviewed by two Band 8C's, The Head of Workforce & Resourcing and the Deputy to Associate Director of HR. They discussed things such as the merge of Basildon, Southend and Mid Essex Hospitals, current projects that were ongoing and the upcoming restructure.
