Southeastern Roofing interview questions

I have not actually gotten to the interview process because no one showed up when my interview was scheduled. I emailed the recruiter and didn't hear back till the next day.

Very disorganized, and it started with the owner as he found me on a social media platform. I found out they went a different route…no biggie! He called back about different position and never heard back…dodged that one! He even mentioned using bait switch job titles and job descriptions get quality applicants. No thank you!
