South Washington County Schools interview questions

Met with district personnel- director of special Education to discuss position. Questions were oriented towards MTSS and sample scenarios. There was only one round of interviews and they let you know very quickly after the interview if you got the job.

Informal. It consisted of a phone interview with an assistant principal and then a panel interview with the other APs, department heads and a few other teachers. It lasted approximately 30 minutes. Each person had a few questions that they were able to ask. I was able to ask questions at the end and received a tour of the classroom.
