South Pole interview questions

I recently went through multiple rounds of interviews at South Pole for a Data Engineer role. While the interview discussions were insightful and well-structured, the overall candidate experience was disappointing due to the lack of communication after the final round. Despite investing significant time and effort over several weeks, I did not receive any update or closure on the outcome. A simple acknowledgment or rejection would have reflected better professionalism and respect for the candidate’s time.

Two-step application process. The vacancy was put on hold after not hearing back from them for over a month. All in all, it was a disappointing experience. The talks I had were quite enjoyable, though.
