Call from HR to arrange Hirevue. Weird online video interview by Hirevire. Poorly provided instructions. No instructions on how long each question would go for. Video recording went longer than suggested duration. Not a great interview process given the position was about how one communicate in person but I have since found out that SEW likes to hire their friends who aren't qualified.
