Source One Management Services Analyst interview questions

I applied online. A representative from HR e-mailed me to schedule a phone interview, but she took days to respond back to confirm. The phone interview went okay, the HR representative was very nice. I would have given the company a positive experience, but it seems like they really don't care or don't take her job very seriously. After the interview, the person did not contact me to say If i moved to the next round of interviews, even though i followed up 2 weeks later ( as she said it was going to take to make the decision). I found it very unprofessional to take long to answer e-mails and to not even send an automated e-mail with a rejection response.
