I applied online for the job.
I got an email to schedule a Hangout chat with the HR Manager.
He was very polite and answered all my questions with honesty.
After our talk he informed me for the next steps, which were:
1. They send me an assignment,
2. I had to code it and send it back with all the details they wanted,
3. Hangout chat to explain how and why I code it that way.
The instructions of the assignment were very clear and there was no way to misunderstand them.
