Very relaxed---Met with studio manager and an assistant at the studio. I felt very comfortable and they asked pretty basic questions about my background and my fitness experience. They also asked if I had any prior customer service experience. Overall it was pretty easy and didn't require me to prepare at all.
Very casual, met with studio manager and assistant manager. After the initial interview they may invite you in for a free class. Pretty straightforward questioning. Applied and heard back in less than 2 weeks.
