Interview
I interviewed for the position through a brief phone interview which took about 10 minutes. I first received an email asking if i could come in for an interview in person, but was then told a phone interview was to be completed first. The process was very easy and friendly but unfortunately my availability did not match their needs.
Very simple and quick. Easy to schedule and met on zoom and was done within 30 minutes of chatting with manager at location. Gave mostly logistics rather than asking questions.
Very casual, met with studio manager and assistant manager. After the initial interview they may invite you in for a free class. Pretty straightforward questioning. Applied and heard back in less than 2 weeks.

Very relaxed, interviewed with two managers. Interview was online and they asked about my experience with soul cycle and my hours/ availability. They also asked if I had any relevant background for the job in customer service
