I applied online. I interviewed at Sorenson Communications
Interview
Standard phone screen with culture fit questions, followed by multiple choice C++/general programming questions (which is odd for a phone interview).
I was asked to complete a simple coding exercise in an email prior to the first phone interview that would be reviewed in the following interview.
Video interview with the hiring manager and a senior engineer in which they discussed my solution to the coding exercise and asked how I would add/change certain features. This was followed by some probing questions based on things I had said previously.
There would have been a second more technically focused interview with live coding, but I was not invited to participate.

Interview
Ghosted after the hiring manager's round. There was a recruiter's call prior to the hiring manager round. That's it. Things would be great if there was good communication but this is an example of a place that isn't for me.
I applied through other source. I interviewed at Sorenson Communications
Interview
First round is talk with recuriter about company, why this position, onsite/remote. Next round is the take home coding challenge with no time limit. After that, the next round is the manager/team interview.
