I applied online. The process took 3 months. I interviewed at Sorenson Communications in Jan 2013
Interview
the time between interviews was lengthy and to date is is the most awkward interview experience of my professional career. it was over video conference and every question had a negative twist. When I would put a positive spin to my answer one of the persons on the conference all would forcefully say you did not answer my question. let me repeat. I would repeat my answer and ask if for further clarification and was told the question "clarifies itself." when that interview ended, I felt more confused than before i went it. Needless to say, I did not get the position and everyday for approximately 3 weeks I received the letter stating that I did not get the position which necessarily brought up memories of that horrible interview with only negative questions. Eventually i ended up blocking their email to find some relief.

Interview
I got emailed from the Senior District Operations Manager and ask if we could schedule it on the phone. A few days later, he called me during lunchtime. We talked for approximately 15-20 minutes. He said I would receive the excel proficiency test in a couple of days. I got it and submitted the test.

Question 1
The Senior District Operations Manager asked me straightforwardly if I would accept the salary of $38,000 to $41,000? It is non-negotiable.? If so, we can move forward to the interview. I don't want you to feel a waste time.

Interview
A panel of four interviewed me on video chat. They all took turns nailing me with questions. Sometimes they asked pretty difficult questions that I didn't have a certain situations or examples that I could answer with on the spot. I also got asked some pretty random and casual questions that I have never gotten in a job interview. I thought their interview process was fairly difficult, and I wouldn't want to go through that interview experience again.
Lengthy, lots of video calls and took forever. Someone awkwardly sits behind you while you look at a video conference with multiple people. Time between interviews was long and took weeks between them. It was generally good, it is hard to get a perfect read on people via video. No handshaking/ eyecontact type of thing. Its good to note its a generally nice interview.
