Soothe Client Success Manager interview questions

I already worked with the company and applied for this position as an internal candidate. My resume was reviewed and I was asked to do a phone interview with the head of the department. The interview was more of a conversation, them getting to know, and me getting to know them, their expectations, and their vision for the growth and success of the department.
