2 rounds of interview- 1 with HR and one with the creative / management team. The first round is where you are shortlisted and depending on the vertical you will be joining asked to prepare for an interview with the team. As I joined during covid, the entire process was online
The phone screening interview was the same as most companies. I think they were just trying to find out if I was real. It was mostly about gageing my interest and basic fit.
