Sony Interactive Entertainment interview questions

I recently interviewed at Sony Interactive Entertainment / PlayStation for a role as Brand and Commerce Research Manager. I had 3 interviews over a 3 week period. After my third interview I didn't hear back or receive any feedback so I chased the HR manager for an update... 3 times over the next 2 weeks and didn't hear anything. I also emailed their recruitment team and still haven't received any updates. It is a shame that prospective employees will spend the time and effort preparing for multiple interviews over multiple weeks and then get ghosted.

3 Stage interview process. HR, Technical, and Presentation & Technical Questions. HR is screening and background checks. 2nd Technical is with QA leads, technical and scenario questions. 3rd is a 5-minute presentation, and then technical questions with the PC Tech Lead with the previous QA leads present. The entire process was good for me, positive experience, nice interviewers, and feedback at the end. The only problem with the process, the 5 minute presentation, its a strict 5 minutes, and it's tough to go into deep detail with that time, but they expect you to do so, which is strange, may want to extend that time? They have been having difficulties filling the role, so obviously looking for a unicorn, despite saying they learnt presentation skills on the job themselves.
