Sonova Conversion Rate Optimization Manager interview questions

I went through 3 rounds of the interview process. I was approached by a recruiter who was extremely eager to talk to me. I was then passed onto the second round where I spoke to the director of the team (who i would report into). He was great to speak to and overall a really positive experience. I then spoke to another member of the team who was on the technical side of the marketing team. Another great conversation and good connection made. I figured I would hear an update from them within the following week, but unfortunately they ghosted me. It's been two weeks since my last conversation and no one has gotten back to me. I reached out to the last person I talked to and the recruiter and both are unresponsive. I understanding not being a fit for the role, but an email notice would have been much appreciated rather than radio silence.
