      Assistant Practice Manager Interview

      15 Nov 2023
      Anonymous interview candidate
      Fort Lauderdale, FL
      No offer
      Neutral experience
      Easy interview

      Application

I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Sono Bello (Fort Lauderdale, FL) in Aug 2023

      Interview

I first did a phone interview, then came in for an in person interview , and then did a zoom interview. The rescheduled me but I worked around it. After 2 weeks I sent an email asking if they had the filled the position and was ignored. I then sent an email to someone else after a month asking and she said no they were still doing interviews. I was never contacted to even say they moved on, which I applied on Indeed so it’s very simple to send out a rejection letter and let someone know. I thought it was unprofessional. Especially after I was very accommodating of being available whenever they were.

      Anonymous employee
      Milwaukee, WI
      Accepted offer
      Neutral experience
      Easy interview

      Application

I applied online. The process took 4 days. I interviewed at Sono Bello (Milwaukee, WI) in Sept 2017

      Interview

Within a 4 day window, I had phone interviews with 4 different people. I was the last hire to our clinic, & I kept waiting to hear when I would come in for an in-person interview. Never happened. I was hired just based off of phone interviews, which I was fine with, but soon found out that there was information I was not given about the position & company that looked bad that I didn't know simply because I didn't meet anyone until my first day at the job. For example, there are PowerPoints that are supposed to be given to staff about dress code colors, I did not know about this until after I purchased clothes for work. To this day, I have never seen the presentations.
