It was a two round process. First with an individual, then with the team. It took approximately two weeks in total. Afterwards, there was a short waiting period before an offer was made.

The process was through digital recorder that uses your microphone from your computer or phone. You press to hear there questions. Which was pretty neat. And then you answer back. They also allowed you to change your recording if not satisfied before completely sending to them.
