Initial video interview with HR, then with hiring manager, then with another business lead that the role would work closely with. All fairly seamless and friendly. Only negative is quite a specific company structure with sub businesses wasn’t clearly visible upfront and once it became clear in the process, didn’t feel I was the right fit anymore.
