An ongoing process that first started with the recruiter then 2 peers and the hiring manager. Then it was a super day of interviews with 5 people, of which 2 out of the executives canceled, and then an ongoing set of interviews with at least 3 more. End to end process shifted often and without clear reasoning

Tell me how you would make this division and company more efficient and profitable
I got rave reviews from the screening process but then the hiring manager ghosted me. At best, this is exceedingly rude. At worst it suggests incompetence. Either way, not a good way to handle things.
Interviewed with recruiter who reviewed my profile with the hiring exec. Recruiter kept me informed along the way only to generate an automated email to inform me that I wasn't selected
