Interviewed by a senior process engineer, one on one interview that lasted about 30 minutes. They mainly want to know if you truly understand the technical knowledge required and what is your aptitude towards working in the chemical industry.

first HR round of 30 min and then onsite technical round full of questions. After the technical they will take you to site. it is very interesting. Technical interview is based on your skills and experience . All general questions. interview panel will have around 6-7 people.
