Short conversation with HR or recruiter. Focus: background, motivation, communication skills, and verifying resume details. In-depth discussion with manager and/or team members. Focus: problem-solving, technical depth, and role-specific expertise. It takes about 3.5 hours. Technical/Skill Assessment

Technical interview for about 1 hour. Had written test first. Then interviewers discussed your answers with you. If they spotted some mistakes, they would ask you to further elaborate. Most of the questions were about basic electronic and circuit theories. Candidates need to revise their textbooks.
