Disgraceful behaviour because they should know a disabled candidate without the right provisions is not going to perform as well as offers and their case study puts them at a massive disadvantage.

The process involved two 15-minute tasks followed by an interview on Teams where answers were reviewed; overall, it was a good experience and everything felt clear, structured, and okay throughout.
