I applied to a position online. The recruiter called me the next morning and thoroughly described some positions that were open in the area that I was looking to work. The recruiter even pulled up google maps on her end to tell me the distance from my house to the prospective job locations. The interview was held over the phone, basic interview questions, and I was hired in a week.

They will call for years and from multiple people even and explicitly told to stop!!! They have been calling me for 3 years even when my boss emailed them to stop.
The interview was easy and went smoothly. There were no out of the ordinary questions that were asked. The conversation flowed throughout the 30~ minutes. I was very pleased with all staff involved.

Recruited through Linkedin. They had a fast moving timeline. Initial phone call was basic, and did not feel very difficult. Follow up conversations were similar. Felt like it was a safe choice as it seemed like they would give anyone the job immediately for school contracting
