I was referred by a friend- online screening, then phone consultation, then face-to-face with the Regoinal Sales Manager. Process was smooth and professional. Everyone along the way was friendly and helpful. The face-to-face portion was relaxed and made you feel like you would being on a sales call in someone's home.
Brief 30 min phone convo asked a range of questions, they try to determine weather or not you will be a good fit for a sales position depending on your personality and skill set .

Applied online. HR reached out to me and informed me that I have a scheduled 1 on 1 with a manager. The managers look for certain core competences.

Two interviews, one with Regional Manager, second with District manager via Zoom call. Rather difficult interview which not a lot of people make it to the second interview unless the regional manager really likes you.
