I had a great phone interview and when I reached the face to face the body language said it all. I got the impression I was "older" then their typical hire and I had a good 15 years on the other applicants waiting to interview and they seemed to just be going through the motions. Although I have plenty of experience in line with what was being asked very little interest was paid to my experience and skills.
