Came to the warehouse in business casual. The recruiter discussed what the company was all about, pay, benefits, and a few expectations. Had a 1:1 interview with the ROM, I had the intellectual capability, but had to convince him my physical capability to handle the extreme environments.

Tell me a time where you had to work 8 - 10 hours straight in extreme weather conditions.

I felt it was easy. I had a good solar background. They just wanted to see if I was capable enough and didn't seemed concerned about my high level of skill or background in solar so much.
