Solar SME interview questions

I was scheduled for an interview with someone, but she failed to attend, leaving me waiting for over 20 minutes. It would have been courteous to inform me in advance if the interview needed to be canceled, rather than leaving me stand me up

The interview felt hurried and unprofessional, offering insufficient opportunity for thorough evaluation or meaningful engagement. As a result, I felt unsettled and unrecognized, lacking the chance to showcase my abilities effectively.
