At the beginning of the interview I was asked to complete a two page test that went over "basic" computer questions. I found the multiple answer questions difficult to answer and the HR representative from SolCam assisted me in answering them. I ended up guessing and circling random answers to complete the test. After this, a Team Manager from Fujitsu (company that holds a contact with SolCam) came to review my answers and told me I did very bad. He still proceeded with interview questions and the interview later became a friendly conversation. I did express that even though I did bad on the test, I was very confident I would learn the information needed for the job, which I did.
The desk I was assigned was the TJX service desk and the training was pretty good. The work is very repetitive so I feel like anyone can pick it up over time. I was previous a teller at a bank before this.
The company does require a drug test upon hire.
