I personally sent my CV into the company and was called for a phone interview by the MD. This was later followed by a technical test via email. On solving this test, I was called in for a 1:1 interview with the Lead developer, then with the Lead infrastructure guy and after that there was the general 1:1 with the MD again to discuss the offer. This whole process required 4 days, but for reasons unknown, was spread over a period of almost 3 months.
