Very nice people and straight forward questions. They asked about how I knew about them and why I had an interest in their school. They also wanted to see fit. We talked about future goals, weakness and strengths
I applied online. The process took 3 months. I interviewed at Soka University in Jan 2015
Interview
A month and half after applying, I received an email saying that they were interested in going through to a phone interview. Went through the phone interview, thought it went well. Expecting to hear back from them in a week or two, or to just hear anything from them, I decided to send an email asking when should I expect to hear back for the last round, face-to-face interview. Got a response back with no direct answer. Then a month passes, I am still wondering what is gong on since we all have jobs and need to inform our bosses if any changes are happening. Emailed for a second time, still didnt hear anything back until I got a rejection letter about a month later. To me, not communicating or updating your applicants is a bit irresponsible and unprofessional for such a prestigious institution. I understand admissions just finished but you have HR or student aides to send emails to update your applicants.
