Recruiter called and had 2 phone interviews followed by in person interview. Overall process was smooth but slow. They took a long time to make a decision. Finally got a offer and then joined the firm. They could have done it faster.

Interview
It was a technical round in one to many format which took around 52 mins and everything was on time as discussed and planned with HR. Got response within 2 days and then another process was taken care by HR.

It was clear I wasn't a good fit for the role, but the offered anyway. Makes one wonder about their interview procedures. (Unfortunately Glassdoor requires us to be extra wordy, so here are some extra wordies.)
