1st round: phone chat with Talent Acquisition Manager: went over my background and recent project and reason for applying.
2nd round: technical evaluation over the phone with one of their lead architects: deep questions about the framework I used, testing process and approach, page objects, Rest API, different gems, some CI/CD questions.
3rd round: on-site behavioral interview with Talent Acquisition Manager, Tech Lead and HR Manager: questions about background, behavioral questions, if I am willing to learn new languages and frameworks.
Everything went well and relaxed. HR Manager went a little beyond relaxed during interview (put his foot on a table, chewed a pen, starred at his notes, etc) which made me think that he is not interested in the process. As a result I declined their offer and went to another company.
