Interview
I was first contacted by a recruiter through my University's database. Unfortunately, I had moved but I went forward with the phone interview and found out that they had a branch location nearby and was put in touch with the recruiter here.
I had a 1:1 interview locally. Culture-wise it felt very corporate and the benefits levels seemed rather dubious. You're ranked by percentile with several different criteria by an automated HR system. It sounded like one or two of the variables were reserved for manager reviews, but the others such as billable client hours are all done automatically. Perhaps that works, perhaps it doesn't depending on the project, I can't say. But something for you to think about.

The interview was laid back and I was not asked any difficult or unexpected questions that go beyond the typical interviews that I have experienced.
The interview process was straight forward and simple. It started with an introductory call and then the first-round interview, followed by an interview with a couple seniors from your potential team.

Tell me about a time you had to work under a tight deadline.
il faut passer plusieurs entretiens, un social, un technique et un sur la perspective d’avenir avec plusieurs personnes différentes. L’entretien technique est un questionnaire sur un langage de programmation avec a la fin un programme plus long a faire. on discute ensuite des réponses données et des erreurs eventuelles
Prise de contact sur LinkedIn suivie d'un entretien à distance qui fut assez classique avec revue du parcours, du profil et des aspirations qui a débouché sur une proposition dans la foulée.
