Online interview, need to build rapport with the interviewer otherwise you wouldn’t get the job. Be sure to communicate properly and bring some personality into it in order to get the job.

Assessment centre- group based interview-(whole morning)
Interview (1 hour)
Final interview with senior sales (30 mins)
Some parts of the process were slightly repetitive and times I was “grilled”
But enjoyed getting to know their team
