I would say this would be one of my extremely stressful hospitality interviews ever because of the hiring process. There were three interviews in total. So the first stage started with 40 mins phone interview with the club manager then got invited email from him for 1 on 1 interview with another supervisor at the club. The second interview, one on one with a supervisor, last about 30 mins went okay but he mainly asks about my previous work experience and didn't talk much about the job that I was applying for. Then said he would contact me back if I pass or not. At this stage, I would expect the outcome of my interview due to the fact that it had been a month already However, they rang me again following week and asked if I could come in for the third one on one interview with the exact same manager that I spoke with on the phone again or not. I was like are you serious? three interviews for a casual f&b job. I worked in 5 stars Hotel before similar to Sofitel hotel. But never expected the hiring process to be this long and never would for casual roles.
