A real shame and poor excuse of an organisation! I would tell you to not bother applying. As an education establishment and membership organisation it seems that the organisation needs basic etiquette. After completing my application which is quite time consuming at the very least answering questions which relate to my personal skill set and past experience which could be applied to the role. I was short listed for an interview. The interview included carrying out a presentation and an test. The staff to be fair seemed friendly and approachable so I would have not thought there was not a need for me to want the role. The reason for the disappointment is no feedback I got a generic email saying I had not got the role. I think it would be common courtesy to give feedback on why I was not suitable for the role. It is now well over a month after I have emailed on two separate occasions to just get feedback for my interview/presentation. After all the effort I have put in from the application form to the presentation I would at least expect the common courteous of feedback so please bare this in mind when applying or even bothering to prepare for the interview.
