Social Security Administration Customer Service Representative (CSR) interview questions

STAR method questions. Many of the questions were behavioral based, some questions were based off of reading from your resume. The interview was fairly straight forward and did not require much preparation as compared to other position SSA offers.

Applied and interviewed with two people then did extensive background paperwork. The interview process was to the point and not too complicated. The interview process to hire took maybe a couple of weeks or so.
