Interview
The interview was two hours long with a panel of two managers via phone call. There were a lot of situational questions “tell me about a time when you,” there were two hypothetical questions about how you would react/what you would do in a certain situation. The last question asked me to tell them about something I’m an expert in (could be a hobby). They also encouraged me to talk about personal interests too.

Completed application on federal employment website, the application was completed on USA jobs. Took several months after application before interview. Interview consisted on a variety of questions about customer service and application capabilities.

The interview process was average they asked general questions and behavioral questions. My interview was over the phone it was a panel of five people interviewing me asking different questions.
Very Good interview with a well informed interviewer. Learned the job duties in a concise manner. I appreciate the knowledge of the interviewer and their understanding of the agency and position.
