I applied online. The process took 2 months. I interviewed at Social Security Administration (Chicago, IL)
Interview
The interview was a panel interview with 2 people. I was unaware that they wanted the questions answered in the STAR method (Situation, Task, Action, Result) until the end of my interview. If you’re not familiar with this method there are various videos on YouTube that can assist you. I definitely suggest that you study the STAR method. This interview had a lot of behavioral and situational questions, like around 20 questions. My interviewers were really nice and very personable. I didn’t hear anything back until almost 2 months. But it was worth it. I accepted the offer.
