Came in to do the interview with a group of about 15 people. We were called one by one to leave the room by two managers. Once in the interview, I was asked many situational questions while they took notes. The two managers were really nice and personable. The interview was today so I'll be waiting to see if they give me an offer.

Completed application on federal employment website, the application was completed on USA jobs. Took several months after application before interview. Interview consisted on a variety of questions about customer service and application capabilities.

The interview process was average they asked general questions and behavioral questions. My interview was over the phone it was a panel of five people interviewing me asking different questions.
Very Good interview with a well informed interviewer. Learned the job duties in a concise manner. I appreciate the knowledge of the interviewer and their understanding of the agency and position.
