Interview process was easy and straightforward. Interviewers were very nice and treated it as a friendly conversation. They want to understand your love for the sport and how well you work with children.
It's pleasant and interactive. The questions are not uncommon. The interviewer was very friendly, asked questions in a clear and concise manner, and kept constant eye contact to encourage communications.

The interview was short and extremely casual. I never heard back from them after sending a follow up email. They arent looking for someone who knows soccer they want babysitters.
