Very easy, it was through another employee referral only lasted about 10 minutes and asked very general questions. This kind of interview is not to stress about or worry about as long as you seem friendly, show that you can handle customer complaints deal with customers you should be fine.
Multiple interviews over the period of two -three weeks. First one was with HR. Then with someone in the department focused on specific questions related to role applied for. Questions were average.
One in person interview with team manager as well as hr. Went smooth and was hired the next day. Great explanation. Beautiful building and felt comfortable. Building beautiful. Speaking about head office
