SoFi Senior Risk Analyst interview questions

Initial call with recruiter discussing the role, team, etc. I enjoyed the chat with her and appreciated that she was honest about compensation, especially since it was on the low end of what I'd be willing to accept. She said it would be possible to consider me for a Staff Analyst position, and the hiring manager would determine it after the next interview. Call with the hiring manager (director of risk management) was the complete opposite experience. It was clear the manager was reading my resume as we spoke, as she paused for a long time to think of questions to ask. She seemed to have already decided no before the call, so I'm not sure why it was scheduled.
