SoFi AI Transformation Manager interview questions

If this interview were a product feature, it would still be in beta… and missing half the documentation. I showed up expecting a conversation about AI strategy, execution frameworks, and real transformation work. Instead, I spent most of the interview trying to figure out whether the interviewer actually understood the job they were screening for. At several points, I had to guess which question they were trying to ask, like playing charades but with buzzwords. The energy was… uncertain. You know that moment when someone opens their mouth like they’re about to say something insightful, but then nothing lands? That was the vibe. It felt less like a structured interview and more like they were hoping I could explain their role to them.
