Unorganized and contradicting. Stated they were a company that didn't write things down on paper while they we're writing things down on paper. Did not understand the difference between some project management functions and operations functions.

I applied online. The process took 2 months. I interviewed at SoCo Group

Long and arduous, interview took over 2 months. Had multiple phone interviews, one-on-one and panel interviews. Questions were basic, it was an expectation to use your own time to do things outside of the interview process (e.g. ride alongs) before being offered the job.
