There were 3 separate stages to the interview. The initial interview was a preliminary stage just as a means of gaining a first impression and, from what i'm guessing, to see how personable each candidate is as it's a sales role. The second stage gave me the chance to see the day to day activities and work that needs to be put in place along side giving me a more in-depth understanding of the company before making any long term decisions. Finally the final stage gives a chance to sit down with the management team to discuss if you feel the role is right for you and what you'd bring to the table. A well balanced, thorough interview process.
